2 Can I change what I have ordered into other jewelry after placing an order online?

4 What should I do if the goods arrives damaged?

A: We are afraid not. We couldn't send free samples. You are welcome to place a trial order to test the quality of our products.


7 How long dose it take to deliver the goods to our customers?

A: After your remittance is received and affirmed, we shall see whether or not finished products are available and send you and email to notify you of the time for delivery. Shipping takes 7-10 days worldwide. A tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours so you can track the progress of your order online. When the items arrive at your customer's door they come in an unmarked box so your customer will never know.

11 Is there any sum or quantity limit?

15 Are the pictures the same as your real jewelry?

A: All jewelry pictures are made under the natural light, and uploaded online without being processed. They are nearly the same as the real jewelry.


16 Can I pay part of the remit first, and then the rest after receiving the goods?
